Abstract
O presente artigo tem como objetivo analisar, no âmbito da Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (“LGPD”), o registro das operações de tratamento de dados pessoais (“RoPA”) como ferramenta de accountability, as complexidades enfrentadas por controladores e operadores, e como o estudo da ontologia no âmbito da Ciência da Informação pode ajudar os agentes de tratamento na superação das complexidades apontadas.
