Resumo

Rupturas da Aliança Terapêutica (AT) são manifestadas pela falta de colaboração em tarefas ou objetivos terapêuticos ou uma tensão no vínculo emocional e dificuldade em negociar aspectos da relação paciente-terapeuta. Identificar e reparar as rupturas são ações que constituem um aspecto fundamental da atividade terapêutica e que podem evitar o abandono precoce do tratamento. O Rupture Resolution Rating System (3RS) foi idealizado para identificar rupturas e estratégias de reparação da AT em segmentos de sessões de psicoterapia. Também mensura o grau de impacto que as rupturas exercem sobre a AT e das estratégias de reparação. O artigo descreve e ilustra o sistema 3RS, recentemente adaptado para o português pelo nosso grupo de pesquisa, bem como discute a sua aplicabilidade para a investigação empírica dos microprocessos vinculados à AT e para a prática clínica.
