Insects of Rio Doce State Forest Park, Minas Gerais, Brazil. Culicineos of the Bridge of the Revés of Belém (Diptera, Culicidae)

Abstract

In the present study of Culicids from Ponte Revés do Belém of P.F.E.R.D., State of Minas Gerais, Brazil, the authors report the presence of 8 tribes of this subfamily; Aedeomyiini, Anophelini, Culicini, Mansonini, Sabethini, Uranotaeniini, Orthopodomyiini. The occurrence is recorded here of 11 genera, and 34 species, collected in that region.
