Resumo

There are two major apecus for examining Kelsen.
One is to recall Kelsen’s lectures before the Boalt Hall students.
I personally found it very charming to watch Kelsen respond to
student questions. He obviously found a familiar and comfortable
role for himself in answering student queries and explaining the
relevance of what hehad to say. The students in turn were quite
fascinated by him, his manner and his ideas.
