Discourse Analysis of the Public Sector Regarding Public Space of Leisure of the Shores of Lake Paranoa in Brasilia/DF

The present study sought to examine the understanding of the public sector in relation to management of public leisure space of the shores of Lake Paranoa in Brasilia/DF. For this, specific actors were interviewed that are responsible for the management of the space. The analysis method relied on the Collective Subject Discourse based by constructs defined from the interrelationships of space and society. As a result it was noticed that lack a better articulation between the public sectors themselves, a greater involvement of the private sector and a voice of the community to demand citizenship rights, such as the deployment of public spaces for leisure.
