POLICIES OF SPORT AND LEISURE AND THE PROFESSIONAL’S AGENCY: ANALYSIS OF BH CIDADANIA PROGRAM

This study’s purpose is to analyze advances and limits in intersectoral articulation and territorial focus of the sports and leisure politics. It will analyze the agency of physical education professionals in the program BH Cidadania, applied in the city of Belo Horizonte. We conclude that the mobilizing process as a part of the program’s implementation in socially vulnerable territories and the project management of another project called BH em Férias are the main stimulating and empowering actions of intersectoriality. Activities of these professionals in this policy implementation mainly involves: flexibility to work as groups and recognition of different knowledge forms among professionals and the population.Downloads
