De Inglês como Língua Franca a Englishes as Linguae Harmonicae

um marco crítico para uma educaçãolinguística ética e relacional

Resumo

Este artigo apresenta Englishes as Linguae Harmonicae (ESLH), um novo marco teórico e pedagógico que reimagina a educação em língua inglesa a partir das lentes da ética relacional, da ressonância emocional e do cuidado decolonial. Dialogando com e indo além de Inglês como Língua Franca (ILF), World Englishes (WEs) e Global Englishes (GEs), o ESLH realça a harmonia não como uniformidade, mas como corressonância na diferença. Ancorado em perspectivas pluriversais e pós-coloniais, o ESLH enfatiza a sintonia, a dignidade e a cura em resposta aos danos pós-coloniais, emocionais e epistêmicos associados ao inglês. A partir de metáforas da música e de práticas restaurativas, o artigo propõe uma praxiologia do ensino de inglês centrada na presença relacional, na escuta dialógica e na coconstrução ética. O ESLH convida educadoras e educadores a imaginar as salas de aula não como espaços padronizados, mas como paisagens sonoras de pertencimento. Ao ressignificar os Englishes como espaços de justiça, mutualidade e humanidade compartilhada, este marco contribui para um futuro da educação linguística fundamentado no amor crítico e em uma compreensão mais profunda.
