This article aims to discuss to what extent C.S. Peirce’s studies provide an implicit prognosis regarding complexity and the indeterminist creativity of complexity. It seeks to present a representative selection of Peirce’s texts, although not exhaustive, highlighting aspects that demonstrate this prognosis as the foundation of a paradigm of complexity. In this sense, it is considered that Peirce’s studies position themselves as a bridge between complexity and the emergence of indeterminist creativity. This approach signals a radical shift in the understanding of creativity and its possibilities. Rather than being restricted to the creation of works within pre-established genres, formats, and languages, the indeterminist creativity of complexity aims to create new paradigms that expand creative expressive possibilities. This rupture with traditional categorizations results in works that transcend existing genres, formats, and languages, inaugurating a renewal in artistic languages, culture, and art through new forms of disruptive expression.
