Through the narrative of a very powerful experience lived in three different regimes: a circumstance produced in a street encounter; an experience of visiting an artistic installation; a memory of strong impact with a documentary watched a decade ago, this text seeks to bring to the implicate plane of the experience of everyday life the aesthetic and ethical-political dimension of a concept, that of Homo Sacer, with which Agamben provides the meaning of violence that plagues our contemporary world, making the State of Exception the norm of governability.
