Bibliotecas Universitárias: pesquisas, experiências e perspectivas is an open access scientific journal linked to the Biblioteca Universitária (BU) of the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). As of 2025, it adopts the continuous flow publication model to speed up the dissemination of knowledge. Its aim is to disseminate research and practices in Library and Information Science and related areas, promoting debate, the exchange of experiences and interdisciplinary collaboration between researchers and professionals in the sector.
