Information and Knowledge Management in Support of Process Management Systematic Literature Review
Main Article Content
Abstract
This article presents the results of a finished research with the objective of identifying the relationship between Process Management and Information and Knowledge Management. The methodology adopted is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), using the Kitchenham protocol, which structures the research in three stages: planning, conducting the research, and research report. The chosen method allowed the analysis of 3019 articles, of which 22 articles were evaluated as adherent to the research. The StArt software was used to manage the research, and Zotero software was used to manage the article references. The research conducted allowed for the identification of two simple models that integrate information and knowledge management with business process management, in addition to pointing out metrics and measurement elements necessary for monitoring the integration performed.
