Abstract

The environmental movement has articulated a number of actions in various sectors of Brazilian society it is in schools, NGOs, public policy, business and human behavior. Some government initiatives contribute to this movement by developing public policies that disseminate, promote and strengthen the global guidelines in support of clean and healthy environment, these initiatives between this test demonstrates the environmental education as a historical movement that influences their guidelines for the various spaces in life. The Program for Sport and Leisure City is a government initiative that proposes actions to value the culture and history of the Brazilian people through local actions to global impacts, transforming the leisure and sports in an educational space for approaching the learning field of leisure, sport and public policy guidelines of environmental Education.
