Structuring and semantic representation of Big Data in the context of government databases

Abstract
The availability of open databases by government agencies has become a tangle of Big Data, without structuring and semantic representation of data understandable by the machine and the user, requiring applications of technologies that establish standards, thus allowing better recovery. This research aims to identify which Semantic Web technologies can contribute to a standardization of structuring and representation of open government data in the context of Big Data. This is a qualitative research with an exploratory objective in which semi-structured interviews and documentary analysis will be carried out. The research is still in its initial stage, but as a result it is expected that it will contribute to the organization of government databases, facilitating the interoperability of Big Data databases, using the available Semantic Web technologies.
