This article is about the Muses, Comedy and Aristophanes. The association of these three themes, however, will restrict them to one: the Muse of comedy whom the Ancient Greeks called Thalia. This divinity is approached here as a voice, or rather as the sound of the impolite and irreverent laughter brought about by joy, correction, and even by the desire for revenge.
