A Usabilidade nos Estudos de Uso da Informação: em cena, usuários e sistemas interativos de informação

Abstract

It describes the interactive information systems through the interface with information users, under perspective of Man-Computer Interaction. It presents origins of the studies of information use through references of the Information Science and of the Computer Science, displaying practical and epistemological contributions of the Users Studies and the Usability Studies. It concludes with the ratification of the necessity of interdisciplinary dialog between these studies in face of use of technological products in the contemporary society and culture, pointing intersection fields.
