Scan rare books: some considerations

Abstract

In the current context of technological developments, to digitize library collections is an alternative for preservation and ease of access to information. In the case of rare books, because of its historical cultural, must be analyzed and measures all the variables related to its digitization, thinking in their preservation and dissemination at all stages of the process.
