Catalog to library: the object from user

Abstract

The bibliographical cards catalog or the online catalog, these latter also known as online public access catalog, are designed to better organize and fortify the archived items in a library. Satisfying the needs of library consultant in the search for information is the goal of those databases construction. For many users, the initial objects of these software creation does not match with the capacity of adjustment of the new systems to come up with information at the time of the research. There is at the market database a range of software that would support the latent necessities as well as the ones shown by the users of those catalogs, about remote searches and local searches. The purpose of these article is to expose new anthologies, different presentation formats and to point the real needs of information required by the researches.
