ARCHIVAL CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM IN CONTROL AND VIGILANCY AGENCIES OF COLOMBIA

Abstract

This article arises from disciplinary research funded by the University of La Salle, Program Information Systems, Library and Archives, which aimed to evaluate the file systems of classification of the supervisory and control in Colombia, which in its conception and in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Archivo General de la Nación, is an organic-functional system. Based on new trends in file systems classification and the need to revitalize and bring new classification structures for the public sector in Colombia, suggested a classification scheme cross-functional, which, under state agencies, adapts the dynamics of structural changes and management documentaries own government.
