E-commerce or electronic sales channel
Abstract
The information society is characterized by the view of information as an economic resource, valued by the general public. There are specific economic sectors of the economy willing to satisfy a generic demand for information facilities and services. Electronic commerce (ecommerce) is a mean of inserting the actual society into this new reality. This article intends to explore its characteristics, elements and practices as well as its role, scope and applications.Downloads
