Administrative environment aspects and its impacts on Intelligence Competitive Systems usage for decision making processes

Abstract

Modern organizations have significant data and information demand for administrative processes, as well as for decision making. Information technology market has answered these challenges with solutions based on specialized information systems. In this article we define the context of application of some existing systems, which are called Competitive Intelligence Systems. We also evaluate the main impacts on their usage, due to information environmental, which will influence their use. The decision making process is a basic scenario for that analysis.
