Information and the small fashion industry field in Minas Gerais, Brazil: the entrance into the fashion industry field
Abstract
This paper presents results of research on the process of the creation and legalization of small industries in the Minas Gerais State and the information practices of fashion designers - who are also the business owner and manager. The theoretical foundation is given by Bourdieu and Dervin. Conclusions show that there is a direct relation in the information practices of fashion designers and their previous experiences in the fashion industry field.Downloads
