Analysis of the Brazilian e-government's proposal as an information policy
Abstract
The Brazilian e-government´s project can be viewed as an information policy and its anaylisis is the object of this article. In Brazil, e-government is the attempt of stabilizing conflicts among social groups and interests. It is legitimated as information policy when it has the goal of changing the information scenary that is characterized by the infoexclusion. However, it places two non contradictory approaches, but if the instrumental approach prevails, this policy will result in the preservvation of the infoexclusion in the country.Downloads
