Abstract

The Seeking and Use of information in the Organizations The objective of this study is to show the importance of the efficiency in the use of information and knowledge in the organizations. It analyses the different points of view of the information seeking and use of the information, having as a referential the principles associated to the management of the information and knowledge. Therefore can be concluded that the differential is to detect and to manage the information efficiency, through the process of information seeking, selection, analysis, dissemination and transformation of the information in knowledge with the aim to get a better position in the competitive space in which it acts.
