PARTICIPATIVE CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC POLICY INSTRUMENT FOR INFORMATION MANAGEMENT AND ACCESS

Abstract

This work presents a theoretical landmark and methodological proposal related to public policies on information of the research project called “Participative Construction of Public Policy Instrument for Information Management and Access”. It also describes the methodology that will be used in the research project. The methodology will be gathered in a proposal that deals with action and participant research once it enables greater integration of the projects of the researchers and the participants of the communities.
