Economic Development and Organizational Administration: Knowledge Management and the Technical-Economic Paradigm of Microelectronic
Abstract
This paper aims to discuss the relation between the business cycles – considering the technical-economic paradigms behind them – and thegreat changes in management techniques and models developed and used bycapitalist corporations. Management models hold on coevolutionary patterns with the related economic and technological contexts. Nowadays, what one calls knowledge management may be understood as a historical result of the evolution of organizational management models and the current technological paradigm, chronologically associated to the economic rise of the information and communication technologies, especially those related to the network computing paradigm.Downloads
