Comparative study of thesauri softwares

Abstract

Comparative Study of Thesauri Softwares To help the construction of vocabularies, the use and the consequent selection of a thesaurus construction software is a must. However, thesauri softwares have different characteristics of functionalities, costs, and methodological support, among other diversities, which must be carefully analysed according to the goals and complexity of the thesaurus to be built. Thus, this work aims at introducing a comparative study of thesauri software, taking into account present thesauri uses.
