Mapping of Abilities in University Libraries

Abstract

This study it has for objective to present a mapping of abilities of the staff of the Central Library Prof. Faris Michaele of the State University of Thick Tip – Parana. For in such a way, the positions existing and identified its attributions had been listed to direct and to establish lines of direction. Were verified that for the segment Librarian, the knowledge and the abilities had reached the strong points, average and weak and the attitudes had reached strong and average points. To assist it of Library, the knowledge and abilities had reached strong points and average and the attitudes had been all classified as average points. For the segment Technician of Library, the knowledge and abilities had been classified enter strong points and average and the attitudes all had reached strong points.
