User studies: a global visions of methods for colleting the data.
Abstract
The evolution of information users’ studies is showed from the decade of 1960 up to our days. Quantitative methods dominate until the beginnings of the 1990 decade, when the option for qualitative ones appear increasingly. Also commented are the advantages and disadvantages of the main methods of collection of data. Examples of studies are supplied.Downloads
