LEGAL CONSTRAINTS FOR TOURISM AND LEISURE IN MUNICIPAL NATURAL PARKS (PNM's) OF PRESIDENT FIGUEIREDO, AM

Abstract

This study has as general objective the recommendations for tourism and tourism practices in the parks of Presidenteueredo, AM. This is an exploratory research, with a qualitative and documentary design, with a transversal cut in the current legislation. Content and descriptive analysis were adopted, grouping the data by categories based on the effects of restrictions for the practitioners of leisure in parks. The analysis showed that the most recurrent in Parque Urubuí refer to the category “installations”. In the Orquídeas and Galo da Serra Parks, the category “environmental interests” stands out as the ones mentioned below: do not set fire, do not hunt, do not consume or transport alcoholic beverages, do not feed animals and do not throw garbage in waterways. To conclude, it is considered that the lack of clarity in the legislation on other constraints for visitation and leisure activities can cause difficulties for tourists to plan their visit to one of these parks. As a practical suggestion, the municipality itself could launch a website or application with information about the parks and guidelines on restrictions and other matters.
