LEISURE AND WORK: ANALYSIS OF THE LEISURE INTERESTS OF OUTSOURCING WORKERS OF THE IFCE – CAMPUS JUAZEIRO DO NORTE

This article has as porpose to discuss the relationship between leisure and work based on the leisure practices of the outsourced worker. Based on the objectives: analyze and classify the leisure practices of the outsourced IFCE - Juazeiro do Norte servers from the leisure interests of Dumazedier (1979), was used a qualitative of character exploratory methodology, making possible the realization semi-structured interviews with 16 employees outsourceds IFCE - Juazeiro do Norte, being eight male and eight female. The results evidenced the prevalence of leisure practices in social and physical interests and a low frequency of manual and intellectual interests. In this way, it is perceived that the productive system, together with others conditions, masks the possibilities of development of the citizen, enhancings their precariousness in the other social spheres, making this theme target of constants investigations, not limited to the results of this study.Downloads
