Abstract

The quality of life at work is essential in any activity, especially in nursing, which intends to improve the quality of life of the population. This study intends to identify the consequences that night work has on the quality of life of nurses. The research was carried out in the nursing team of a General Hospital, through a brief questionnaire about quality of life - "WHOQOL - brief". The data was analyzed using SPSS 10.0 software. We observed that there is no significant difference between day and night shift workers.
