Abstract

This is a descriptive exploratory study to find new know-how in nursing, to be used in the health care provided by the Family Health Program. It includes health care, management, education and professional profile which transform nursing processes. This includes a wider view of the health-sickness process, a transformation of the nursing profile, the interdependence of actions carried out by the multi-professional team and work between different sectors in order to lead to an understanding and a respect to individuals and a holistic approach in health care.
