Conciliating study with the professional experience it was observed the necessity of more available time for the nursing team towards the direct care of the HIV infected patients-Aids patients and their relatives in the pattern of the Day Hospital- Juiz de Fora attendance. Thus, the present paper aimed at describing a data flowchart in order to subsidize the construction of a software to the Day Hospital computerization. In relation to the nursing activities, it was utilized the HORTA theorical reference and the classification of nursing diagnoses proposed by NANDA (North American Nursing Diagnosis Association).Downloads
