Resumo

Two years ago, I conducted an intervention/research action in a second grade school on students’ socialization. The scope of the research was the study of the institution’s capability in addressing and managing the teenagers’ disruptive conducts. Phenomenons seen as violent were indentified and information data was gathered through one-to-one interviews and group meetings. The aim of the intervention was to help the staff manage their unconscious involvment in projectional atitudes. Such practice is backed-up by several French theoretical papers which set the framework for psychosociological intervention and the use of practice’s analysis as (a) teamwork. I accidently witnessed a quarel between the school’s principal and the mother of one of the pupills. This led me to reasset my reading of conflictual situations towards a more objective attitude, and provided the principal with a subjective perception of his role as head of an educational institution. We will address both flips (the researcher’s and the actor’s) and their implications both on the relationship between supply and expectation within the intervention process and on knowledge production.

Há dois anos, dirigi uma intervenção-investigação num colégio francês acerca da socialização dos alunos. A pesquisa se propunha a apreender o quadro institucional do estabelecimento relativamente à sua capacidade de regular e conter as condutas disruptivas dos adolescentes. O material recolhido nas entrevistas e nas reuniões de grupo tinha como objeto os fenômenos violentos vividos pelos profissionais. A intervenção consistiu em ajudar a identificar os movimentos projetivos e transferenciais nos quais os profissionais se encontravam envolvidos sem o seu conhecimento. Tal dispositivo tem por base vários trabalhos na França, tendo inspirado a abordagem de intervenção psicossociológica junto de equipes instituídas e a utilização da análise das práticas. Testemunhei uma altercação entre o chefe do estabelecimento e a mãe de um aluno. A conversa que tivemos em seguida proporcionou-me uma apreensão mais objetiva das situações de conflito e, de forma inversa, ofereceu ao chefe do estabelecimento uma percepção subjetiva da sua posição como responsável institucional. Nós questionaremos essas duas reviravoltas, tanto a do investigador como a do ator, assim como as incidências na relação entre a oferta e a demanda na intervenção e no processo de produção de saber. Consequentemente, serão questionados os desafios epistemológicos e políticos ligados a esse contexto particular de investigação que implica ligações entre investigador e ator social.
