It also sought to identify the concept of health for these servants and understand, in the perspective of these character actors, the relationship between work and health, in order to propose guidelines for occupational health policies. The theoretical framework was the Ergology, a comprehensive approach of work that casts a clinical eye on the activity. The central concept of activity is presented as an élan of life and health, with no pre-set limit. All activity is management, which means considering it as a crucial element in the use and handling of technologies.
