O TRIBUNAL DE SEGURANÇA NACIONAL: PÁGINAS DESBOTADAS DA HISTÓRIA

Abstract

O presente artigo objetiva retomar a atuação, no Brasil, de um tribunal de exceção, o Tribunal de Segurança Nacional, em seu período de duração (1936-1945). Demonstra-se que o TSN é fruto de um arranjo político autoritário, analisando-se a lei que o instituiu, em tudo contrária aos princípios jurídicos e humanos já naquela época consolidados.

THE COURT OF NATIONAL SECURITY: FADED PAGES ON HISTORY

Abstract: The goal of the present article is to retake the history, in Brazil, of a court created ex post facto, the National Security Court, during its existence (1936-1945). The conclusion evinced from the law that established TSN is that this court is a produce of a political adjustment very authoritarian, disregarding humanitarian principles already consolidated at that time.
