Abstract

The study addresses judicial cooperation between unions and the Regional Labor Court of the 3rd Region in Minas Gerais, aiming to promote access to labor justice. The research investigates whether this cooperation contributes to such access. Using a qualitative approach, the methodology includes document analysis and bibliographic review. Data collection involves reviewing existing cooperation terms and academic sources. Results highlight 14 cases of cooperation, covering several regions of Minas Gerais, with activities such as occupational physiotherapy and dispute resolution. The research also identifies "invisible cooperations", less formal collaborations, suggesting the complexity of legal relationships. It is concluded that formal and informal cooperation plays an important role in access to labor justice, highlighting the need for greater collaboration between those involved. More effective communication channels and agile conflict resolution mechanisms are recommended to strengthen this partnership and expand access to justice and the protection of labor rights in Minas Gerais.
