O (DES) COMPROMETIMENTO DOS PLANOS MUNICIPAIS DE EDUCAÇÃO COM A FORMAÇÃO DOCENTE ESPECÍFICA DE NÍVEL SUPERIOR

The article discusses the treatment given to teacher training in municipal education plans. It aims to analyze the commitment of the municipalities to the specific training of higher education and its possible approximations with tendencies of flexibility in the professional academic development of the teacher. The research, of a predominantly documentary character, covered 10 (ten) municipal education plans in the northern region of the state of Tocantins and raised information corresponding to what the PNE Goal 15 (2014) advocates. In the local educational planning proposals, there is a significant adherence to the demands that originated at the national level and a low incidence of own initiatives. It is also noted that a significant part of the analyzed municipal plans adopts an attitude of indirect commitment to specific higher education, not establishing the steps and deadlines for achieving the goal. There is also a reasonable acceptance or repercussion of tendencies of a technical nature, which put the importance of university education in perspective, with a solid theoretical, scientific and critical strength of the fundamentals of education and which emphasize the valorization of practical experiences.
