Abstract

This article presents a brief overview of the current situation of brazilian education
pointing also some challenges to be overcome. Discusses the concept of bildung (formation) in german
philosophy exploring their connections to concepts very important to the teaching-learning process. In
this sense, the concept of touch (as well as the defense of aesthetic formation) is used in order to subsidize
proposals that promote teaching and learning dynamics that are horizontal, participatory and that
contemplate the multiple formative dimensions. It searches, finally, think about alternatives in the
micropolitics of school that contributes to create formative cultures in education provided by training for
sensitivity and an autonomous posture of learners. The notion of autonomy advocated in popular
education is redeemed (BRANDÃO, 1985) and is incorporated into it formative traits discussed by the
theorists who approach the concept of bildung (GADAMER, 1999; QUINTANA CABANAS, 1995;
SUAREZ, 2005; WEBER, 2006).
