Este trabajo pretende contribuir a la producción de conocimiento en el área de la Educación en Ciencias en lo que respecta a la presentación de una propuesta teórico-conceptual, materializada como un conjunto de conceptos y criterios para analizar la confiabilidad y credibilidad de enunciados supuestamente científicos difundidos a lo largo de el tiempo. la Internet. y redes sociales. El fundamento teórico de la propuesta tiene como supuesto principal que, en el contexto actual de los medios de posverdad, todos somos epistemológicamente dependientes unos de otros. El sustento teórico que sustenta la propuesta se basa en trabajos de Epistemología Social, principalmente los de John Hardwig, Elisabeth Anderson, Helen Longino y Alvin Goldman, y sus desarrollos en el área de la Educación Científica de Stephen Norris y Douglas Allchin.
