FILOSOFIA, POLÍTICA E DEMOCRACIA: ENTREVISTA COM NEWTON BIGNOTTO

Abstract

Our Interviews section points to the classical tradition of philosophical dialogue, motivated by the confrontation and presentation of ideas, enabling a dynamic intellectual exercise. The focus of the first series of interviews presented by Outramargem: journal of philosophy is the debate on the nationality, or originality, of philosophy in Brazil – fostered at least since Sylvio Romero. If, in our first issue, we had the honor of speaking with Paulo Margutti, this time we had the honor of interviewing Newton Bignotto, full professor in the Department of Philosophy and the Postgraduate Program in Philosophy at UFMG.
