Mobile banking as a new channel of information spreading and a means of making new services availabe: a test of the Theory of Decomposed Planned Behavior

The atitudinal antecedents of the intention of using mobile banking by bank customers were investigated, adopting the Theory of Decomposed Planned Behavior as theoretical framework. In the conclusive stage of the research, with 515 respondents, structural equation modeling was employed. The theoretical model had empirical support, but it needs improvements. About 74% of variation in the intention of using mobile banking was accounted by the model, in which the construct secutity was added.Downloads
