Defining quality indicators: university library managers 'and customers’ view.
Abstract
This paper presents results of research with university library managers and customers. It discusses their different point of views regarding quality indicators. It uses quality indicators from the literature review and accomplishes the task of adapting them to a specific field, Dentistry. It points out which indicators are adequate for this field. It suggests actions aiming at the improvement of the current study as well as the quality of services in university libraries.Downloads
