Abstract

Marketing activities to promote information services: research about SONAR-INIS and SERVIR-INIS of CIN/CNEN Exploratory field research that confirms the marketing administration philosophy in Nuclear Information Center (CIN) of National Commission of Nuclear Energy (CNEN), by analyzing marketing activities referring to SONAR-INIS (current awareness) and SERVIR-INIS (provision of copies). The promotional activities were appropriate, but guidelines to improve the marketing process. Recommendations and suggestions to develop future studies are presented.
