User study to sighting identify what’s the relationship between user and pharmaceutic

Abstract

This article describes a user studies performed in order to identify the pattern of relationship between the Pharmaceutic Laboratory Library and its users community. The present study also establishes a methodology to characterize the potential user profile. A questionnaire with 22 items was submitted to a sample of 70 members of the Pharmaceutic Laboratory staff. The level of response was 51,4%. The analysis performed permits to conclude that the relationship between the Library and the users community may be rated as good or excellent. The following analytical categories were used in the study: type of user, objectives, literature review, conclusions and suggestions.
