Abstract
The aim of this study was to analyze the level of satisfaction of users of the Vida Ativa Program, linked to the Municipal Department of Sports and Leisure of the City of Belo Horizonte. We used the database of this department referring to the research conducted in 2019 on the satisfaction of users of the program, which had a sample of 1,373 people in 18 centers of activities. For the use of secondary data, the centers with higher and lower Urban Quality of Life index were used as inclusion criteria. It was found that 48.5% of users have been in the program for more than five years; 95.8% are satisfied with the infrastructure; 99.5% are satisfied with the quality of the classes; 97.1% perceive positive health-related benefits; the level of overall satisfaction with the program, evaluated from 0 to 10, obtained an average of 9.84. It is concluded that users are satisfied with the actions developed. However, they present criticism stemming from certain aspects that need to be improved in the program, such as a greater number of classes and professionals, and better core infrastructure conditions.
