Keywords:
Leisure Activities, Sociability, Digital TechnologyAbstract
Through the mediation of digital technologies and the met averse associated with leisure, the concepts of subjectivity and sociability have become even more interdependent, bringing to light new challenges for research in the field of leisure studies. This qualitative study aimed to deepen reflections on the emerging configurations of subjectivity and collectivity in leisure mediated by digital technologies. Drawing on an interdisciplinary theoretical framework, it becomes evident that leisure mediated by digital technologies is not merely a space of entertainment; rather, it reveals itself as a new reality and a fertile field of experiences, capable of informing novel directions for the field.
