The leisure in craftbrewing
Abstract
In Brazil, craftbrewing started at 90s, at the same time with USA and Europe movement (as England, for example), named The Craft Beer Renaissance. This study, with ethnographic characteristics, has as objective to describe the meanings of leisure for craft brewers. Leisure, in the research, has been understood as an occupation, as proposed by occupational therapy knowledge core and as a social phenomenon since dialectical historical materialism referential. Homebrewing has been reported by the brewers as a different leisure in their lives, because allow them to live their praxis and build themselves as subjects.
