This is a theoretical study on the Theory of Transcultural Nursing, with its interface and presentation of contributions to the provision of humanistic nursing care, culturally congruent and consistent for the women. Proposes a reflection on caring, not just restricted to a simple act, task assigned to the intervention of a specific organ dysfunction, but the actions that promote a balance of universal human being. Emphasizes the need for improvement and involvement os nurses in the incorporation os new ways of thinking and acting in the healthin care for women, respecting them as social beings, knowledge holders.Downloads
