Abstract

This work is a reflection on the importance of self-care in nursing work, since it is one of the instruments of work in the profession. We also highlight the fact that it is necessary to care for yourself, in order to care for others effectively and satisfactorily. Therefore we bring some studies carried out in this field to make our colleagues more aware so that they do their work in a way as not to damage their own health and, consequently, provide better care for their patients.
